Now, here's the backstory on Sara:
- Hometown: Scarsdale, New York
- Parents: Mom was a senior vice president for a large insurance brokerage firm and is now a sculptor. Dad is a security analyst with a large financial investment company...says he'll retire one day!
- Favorite TV show as a kid: Get Smart. I think I had a crush on Maxwell Smart.
- Spent my days as a youth: Soccer, lacrosse, horseback riding and eating candy.
- Thing I hate to admit, even to myself: I was a cheerleader, enough said....
- Hobbies: Reading, house-hunting and playing "Ottoman Baseball" with my sons.
- First "paycheck" job: Working in the library of my dad's office, and filing annual reports. Big yawn!
- First car: That I drove with or without a license?!?
- First job after college: Teaching third grade in New York City...hard but very fun.
- Myers-Briggs type: ESTJ
- Perfect happiness is: Sitting on a beach chair with my toes in the sand, watching my sons splash in the water with my husband.
- If I had to do it all over again: I would probably do it all the same again. Otherwise, I wouldn't have such great stories to tell my family and friends.
“To do the work you love and feel that it matters; how could anything be more fun?”
